I would want a guided project related to Real Estate, something that would be really a meaningful skill for the job market in this specific field, it could be extracting data from a common or important Real Estate API used in the U.S. and extract the data using Python, cleaning it or transforming it, using SQL and showing the information on a Power BI Dashboard or that could be exported into a PDF to share with the Clients or stakeholders.
