Hello, yesterday I received an email with a receipt that I was charged for an annual subscription on your site, and I would like to please cancel the subscription and receive a refund.
This is a subscription that has not been used for a very long time, first when I made the subscription I used it for a short period and then I faxed to enter the site and use your services. I did not remember that I was automatically charged, the domain is no longer relevant to me, I would be very happy if you could cancel the new payment and please approve a refund for me.
